Outcome: Client was awarded $25,000, which was all available insurance.

Description:  My client was involved in a car accident in which the at-fault driver negligently pulled out into traffic and caused a t-bone collision.  Several days after the wreck, my client noticed the pain in his groin and went to the emergency room due to the excruciating pain.  The doctor at the hospital confirmed the pain was caused by an inguinal hernia.   The insurance company attempted to argue that the hernia was not caused by the accident.
